At NPS, we know that instant gratification isn’t always fast enough when it comes to getting answers about a resident’s account or internal reporting. That’s why we’ve developed a host of web-based services to make working with our program as easy and hassle-free as possible.
This site serves as a resource for enrolled residents to access their NPS Account status 24/7 through a secure login. Information on recent account activity, transaction history and how to submit refund requests is provided. Front-end content informs about the benefits of paying rent and building credit, with featured highlights of the NPS Rent Assurance program. A section for special offers from NPS is also included on the site. |

| This site functions as a free internet listing service (ISL) for NPS property clients and is intended to help drive traffic to participating communities. Inquiries base off of user location requests and direct consumers first to our clients’ websites in requested geographic locales. |

| This is the NPS Enrollment website and the heart of our operations. Each community has a secure login. When a prospective resident is entered into the Enrollment website by a leasing consultant, the information required to initiate direct deposits from their employer is automatically populated into required program forms. |
