Our program works by receiving funds in the form of payroll direct deposits* from a resident’s employer each pay period as installments toward rent. We accumulate, report on and forward funds when due to property clients. Our clients have a much better certainty of being paid through our program because NPS employs the mechanism for residents to put aside rent money before it can be spent on other necessary expenses.
