Cloud-Based Enrollment / Tangible Results

Property leasing staff enroll applicants with Rent Assurance online via the NPS web portal.  All enrollment and applicant tracking activity is managed through our enrollment website Neighborhood Pay Services using secure cloud-based technology.  Complete transparency of current payment status for each enrolled resident provides additional benefits to property clients. Also of value is access to partial payments held by NPS in the event of job loss, evictions, or other outstanding recurring charges, such as heat and water. The ability to re-capture of late payments that would historically result in write-offs and/or unit turnover costs provides added value.
